Auction Terms & Conditions Please plan to inspect the items in person before bidding. A physical inspection is encouraged and suggested. All items sold as-is where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Let your inspection be your guide. When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights. Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Each of our auctions will have a publish preview and inspection day. The first lot will close at 6:00 with consecutive lots closing each 15 seconds so the last lots will close within a few hours. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold. A physical inspection of the items is encouraged before bidding - please plan to inspect the items in person on one of the scheduled preview days. Auction Terms - Winning bidders will have a $500 non refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction. . Pickup and Removal: Small items and shop tools can be removed Wednesday December 15th through Friday December 17th 9am-4pm. Removal and rigging of large machines must be scheduled by appointment starting December 16th through December 23rd. Extended loadout time will be considered on a case by case basis.
