All buyers must pickup at the gun store and complete background check for all firearms. Buyers are responsible for transfer fees. No shipping of firearms to out of state bidders. PA RESIDENTS ONLY ARE PERMITTED TO BID ON FIREARMS - NO EXCEPTIONS The owner will take the firearms to the FFL dealer after the auction. Please schedule a pickup time by appointment. NO firearms will be shipped. All firearms will be transferred IN PERSON and buyers must complete a background check - NO EXCEPTIONS - NO SHIPPING OF FIREARMS WHATSOEVER. FFL holders must pickup at the gun shop as well. Please plan to inspect the items in person before bidding. A physical inspection is encouraged and suggested. All items sold as-is where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Let your inspection be your guide. When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights. Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied.
